I am writing to request assistance regarding the smses I received from NuDebt saying I am "in contravention of Electronics Communications Act 36 of 2005, due to R558.00 default with Telkom *** Tel ***? + 7 Business Days Notice to pay R558.00 to Telkom acc @ABSA into NuDebt Acc *** *** Tel *** Please listen to the recording for 29 July 2025 where I was sold a Cellphone Contract because the one I had was ending on 31 July 2025. Please explain to me why must I pay R558.00 when I agreed on a R150 contract? I called *** twice and as soon as I identified myself, my calls were dropped. I trust that ICASA will investigate this matter promptly and ensure that any errors are rectified without delay.
