Rejection fee

I would like lay a complain, I paid my bill using easy pay method, at Telkom store they told me that I can make the payment 2day before and I did that exactly during the unrest because the banks where closed during that time. I made the payment at picknpay using easy pay number to avoid the rejection penalty fee. After I made the payment 2day later they try to debt my account even I paid the money before the debt day, now they telling me that I have to pay the rejection fee I don't know how because I paid my in advance before the debt day. I really need you help, they not even willing to help me they don't want to escalate my issue. I feel like it's a **** to me
