Poor service

On Sunday morning I went to telkom at maponya mall I was assisted by a woman called Penny she was rude to us she was not helpful she did not want us to talk to a manager she hide the manager from us.i bought a phone there Samsung S20FE they said is waterproof but my phone has water damage so Penny said is my problem she can't help me I must go nd look for Samsung offices is not their problem they can't help me they did not even look at the phone or how damage it is they just told us to go to Samsung is not their problem and my phone is a contract
