Non communication

So..... After having 5 of my Parcels ****** by our wonderful South African Postal Service and Many ignored complaints, I referred my queries to ICASA and guess what? Yet again nothing happened. I get a little response stating they have referred it to the South African Postal Service to investigate. i mean come on people I already did that and Got Ignored.<br> <br> Clearly when the public complain about Government workers or service they don't care because they're attitude is like, so where else will you go?! <br> <br> Is this what our Tax money is paying for? Then what is the point?<br>
