No response to complaint

I lodged a complaint on 9 January about Vodacom. On the 2nd of February I called ICASA as I had no feedback. I was told they \cannot find"my complaint. It is however logged on their website as below. I was told that a query has been opened. I have since e-mailed again asking for feedback and still nothing.
