No feedback on complaint logged

<p>On the 11th of may 2017 i lodged a complaint against Telkom mobile with ICASA and i received an email from Nditsheni Hangwani to say my complaint has been escalated to Telkom mobile and for the past 2 weeks i have been calling ICASA asking to be put through Nditsheni Hangwani and for the past 2 weeks she has never picked up her phone and i kept trying everyday. I am so disappointed and disgruntled because telkom mobile has blocked my number and i am not receiving any assistance from ICASA.</p>
