NO ASSISTANCE FROM ICASA

I have sent through a complaint to Icasa in regards to the terrible service by telkom on 10/11/2020 and I have no response from them till date. Even a regulatory body is either not bothered to assist the public or either a body just for name sake. Its very difficult to understand
