LekkerFM Hi-Jacking Other Radio Stations Frequency

Why have ICASA not enforced the instruction to LekkerFM to comply to the following<br> <br> ICASA advised the meeting that it requires compliance with the terms of the licences awarded to each of Lekker FM and HOT 91.9 FM. ICASA advised that it has instructed Lekker FM and its signal distributor to relocate the Lekker FM transmitter to the site stipulated in its license agreement by Wednesday 22 July 2015. ICASA advised that Lekker FM have agreed to comply with this instruction.
