Intellicell is a ***** company, PLEASE DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

hi, a company named Intellicell called and offered me a cellphone contract. i agreed and they proceeded to set up a debit order for my next pay date. the debit order went off but i still did not recieve the phone as agreed. i tried calling from the 17/07/2020 to 28/07/2020 to try and resolve or get a refund, everytime i called, they cut the call or failed to transfer to a person in management. this is a faudulent company lying to people to provide banking details, debiting their account and refusing to provide feedback. i sent emails apon emails which was never answered. it seems they are not providing a service just ********** acts and no one should provide any details to this company as it has taken me half the month just to try and speak to someone that can assist which has still not happened. the only option you have is to reverse the debit order. instead of all that hassel, PLEASE DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE *****S!!!
