Inconvenience trying to lodge a complaint with ICASA

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the lack of a clear process for lodging complaints with ICASA. It is truly surprising that an organization tasked with protecting consumers does not have a functional contact number. Despite my efforts to follow the necessary steps to lodge a complaint, I have received no confirmation reference number or acknowledgment of my query logged. Additionally, I encountered an error while trying to register on the ICASA platform. Could someone from ICASA kindly reach out to me?
