ICASA - Waste of taxpayers money

I was referred to ICASA over an MTN dispute. Icasa received correspondence back indicating a credit had been passed by MTN. I requested ICASA attain proof of payment from MTN as nothing has reflected on my bill. Just never heard from them again. Have sent numerous emails to Victor and even resubmitted my case. Nothing. Waste of time.
