Icasa was not able to assist me when mtn ****** me on the contract phone charges

Icasa was not able to assist me when mtn ****** me on the contract phone charges. Instead they referred me to consumer rights commission and consumer rights commission also refer me back to icasa and endlessly they pushed me to each other untill i gave up to be eaten by the lions. Why not approach each other to resolve the issue and give me feedback
