ICASA very poorly managed organization

ICASA is another very disappointing organization. To be absolutely frank, it looks to me its just there so they can find a way to benefit certain organizations and individuals. Who actually works there? I called all of their offices - NO ANSWER. sent emails. NO ANSWER! Do you guys even work to be honest? This country is just ran by greedy black men and its going down the drain. VERY ASHAMED THAT THIS IS MY HOME COUNTRY. By the way, look at other African countries with less resource than you, they do more, they provide more information - they actually work. You guys just fill you FAT STOMACHS.
