ICASA protects Vodacom, not the consumer....
Opened up a case by ICASA beginning of November so they can assist me in get out of my Vodacom Fibre contract, since Vodacom thinks they can leave me for almost 5 days without internet and call that providing me a service, but I think more I'll call it breaking contract... But now on 1 December my internet went down again- I'm more than 2 days without internet once again... I Forwarded all info to Portia back at the beginning of November and I was informed Vodacom has 14 days to respond... 14 days has long passed and my emails to ICASA now gets ignored.... Are you guys protecting Vodacom or the consumer? Please click the button that says activate Consumer Protection.....

Excellent job of protecting Vodacom.
Also good job on the consumer non-protection, excellent work.
