ICASA - PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL RESPONSE

After several attempts to via every possible channel from directly calling Telkom's technical department to emailing Telkom support to using social media at trying getting Telkom to honour their end of my contract I had to turn to ICASA - My faith in SA has been restored due their diligent response to an online plea from a single citizen. It has been two weeks since Telkom disconnected my internet service to migrate to fibre... I AM STILL WITHOUT THE SERVICE after countless hours of stress and time wasted. ICASA ARE THE BOMB - YES They are awake and on top of their game.
