ICASA lifesaver when dealing with Telkom

Been struggling with Telkom for 3 months. Sent them an email with all my reference numbers and names of consultants I spoke to and received a mail back 5 min later stating they are looking into it. Got a call from Telkom 2 hours later and everything is sorted out.
