Icasa Licensing Nightmare

Ive been trying to get a product approved for import by Icasa with no response, I just get passed from one person to another. I was told to finally deal with someone called Lenneth Bera who doesn't even bother to acknowledge receipt of any of my emails, I have confirmation they were received, I have forwarded files and certificates to him via mail and Wetransfer to make sure the mail doesn't get bounced. He hasn't so much even acknowledged that he has received them. I'm not sure who to speak to anymore but I would like to get this license orted as it is holding up a Million Rand Order.
