ICASA is useless. They do abosulely nothing about complaints

After several emails to ICASA to complain about pathetic service from MTN, I have officially decided that ICASA is just another deaf, dumb and blind government division that does not care to do what they are supposed to do: Regulate and control the Telecommunications Industry. Shame on you ICASA
