ICASA - How are you fulfilling your Mandate?

Well, you suck! I want to lodge a complaint against Mondo's poor practises, the challenges are as follows:

1. It appears that I'm unable to register as a new user, the website simple defaults back to https://www.icasa.org.za/pages/consumer-complaints when I press the register button.

2. Downloading the Word version of complaints form - enable Java script to view form? Huh?

3. Downloading the PDF version of the complaints form - unable to load form ???
