ICASA helped me through the challenge I had with Vodacom

After a long drag with Vodacom- a friend advised me to contact ICASA which should’ve been long involved...intervened and assisted with my query though not to 100% satisfactory but their involvement was of great help.

Consultant to help was Ongkarabile Mo***eng who played mediator between myself and Vodacom, her intentions were clear and that was a wish for a mutual resolution maintaining transparency in communication ,remaining calm and professional but yeah there’s always a room for improvement.
