ICASA FAILS TO PROTECT CONSUMERS

I have been sending numerous emails to ICASA regarding an on-going and not yet finalized complaint against Vodacom. <br> <br> Despite numerous attempts to contact the original individual handling my complaint - Mr Victor Sello Nkwane, email [Email Removed] no reply is received. Subsequently I have also attempted to contact [Email Removed] and again no reply received.<br> <br> I will now be complaining to the Public Protector about ICASA
