ICASA do a great job.

Icasa have helped me on more than one occasion to resolve problems. The latest case involved an ISP company that wanted to bind me into a contract on the bases of a router I had received when their service fell flat. That was promptly resolved. My thanks to ICASA and the ISP who were prepared to compromise. The other involved a package I sent my son in the UK. After a year the package was located in Johannesburg and returned to me.
