ICASA can't be bothered to do their jobs

I have been trying to renew my Amateur radio license since last year. My money is paid up to date, but there is something wrong with Icasa's system and I have been emailing them constantly.

They don't respond,

When I phone they act as if it is the first time they heard of the problem, even though I have been phoning and emailing since June 2023.

Useless.

I have even called the complaints department, but looks like no one there wants to work.
