ICASA... Another useless South African Consumer Institution

What's the point of having an organization that claims to be there to assist people when they promise to assist you with accessing their site and then don't provide any assistance. Been waiting to get help since 21 September. Got a response after my initial query and total silence since then.

They are the reason that bug companies get away with abusing the man on the street.
