ICASA and Cell C Partners in Crime

I recently had a dispute with Cell C where they have not bothered to provide a response in over 2 months.<br> I then escalated the matter to ICASA in line with their Complaints procedure. I have followed the complaints procedure to the letter, but much to my surprise ICASA has not even bothered to respond to my emails. I have now emailed them on 3 occasions with no reply. I know they did receive my communication as they have read my mails.<br> <br> With an example like that from the regulator it is no wonder that the service providers gets away with their poor service levels.<br> <br> Wonder how much Cell C is paying the regulator to turn a blind eye?
