I tried to register a product but failed because the system requires a department code which I don't have and there is no guidance. I sent emails seeking assistance and for two weeks I have been calling numbers given on website but no one picks up, if picked you referred to another number which is not picked. I cannot understand why the government comes up with so many registration process that are not working.
