Extremely disgusted

I have app**** for a radio license for my boat in February of this year (2021), and after paying them an amount of R480 I still have NOT received my license. THIS IS UTTERLY DISGUTING THAT A COMPANY ISNT MORE ATTENTIVE TO CUSTOMERS
