Double standards

Logged a call for them to investigate abuses by telkom. After confirmation that telkom are at fault they just advise me to cancel a contract which telkom sold me knowing quite well that they have no coverage whatsoever in my area. I wanted telkom to pay me back, but icasa won’t make such a ruling against telkom. They aren’t doing their job.
