Deplorable Service

I have been battling to get a 29MHz license renewed for over a year. My emails are never responded to. Eventually out of sheer desperation and frustration I sent an email to their complaints department on the 21/12/2020. The only response that I received was an automated response advising that their offices are closed and will reopen on the 04/01/2020. I sent a follow up email on the 17/02 to the complaints department. Their system for renewals had changed and the incorrect instructions to get the license renewed was sent to me on 3 occasions. Eventually I fiddled on the website and managed to figure out the correct process for renewals but the application is still in process. I received an email on Friday advising that my complaint was closed as they forwarded my request to the relevant department. I find this unacceptable as emails were sent to this department previously with no response.
