Data expired

Hi<br> <br> firstly i will like to apologize if i am using the wrong platform.<br> <br> ICASA has allow operator to rob consumers of their money, at the beginning when mobile operators came to SA, there was airtime window period whereby your airtime expired, that was canseled.<br> <br> but the same trend still exist on Data, where you Data expired when you don't use them. my question to ICASA is, Why my money that i put on data has to expire, isn't that equivalent of you rand value hat you put on data. like in airtime.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> <br> Sibusiso<br> <br>
