Cell C customer service dissatisfaction

I am so disappointed with Cell C deals on the R199 package, I called cell C on the 24th of September and was assisted by Simphiwe who Informed me that the deal is not a contract. On the 29th of October 2021, I received the Sim card but the app states that it is a contract, I tried to call more than 20 consultants to get my number or so called Contract to be canceled with no luck, they either laugh about the matter or cancel the call and cannot assist me, worse part is that their cancelation department number 084 142 is not free, even if you use the cell C number to call it requires airtime. I will recommend that are thinking about Cell C deals, you will be putting your life at risk as their customer service are not in a a position to assist.
