Cancelation of contract from vodacom

Hello I had a contract phone with vodacom in 2018 the contract ended. I did not upgrade I canceled the contract I have cancelation letter for both devices. Two months back I have been receiving calls from vodacom consultants saying I owe vodacom a certain amount. Whereas I have canceled the contract and have cancelation letters
