Just to thank Boitumelo from ICASA on always getting back to me quickly and following up with MTN (who are just disgusting) as needed.

I am really impressed with ICASA, despite the negative reviews I've previously heard.

Even though MTN has not resolved my issues, it feels good to feel like I'm not alone. Thanks ICASA!
