Bad service

ICASA bad service , send in a complained threw about the service i received from telkom and now they are not ever attending to the complained, received a main that they are busy with the complained this was in June now already in August and still waiting for them to give me feedback they are the ombudsman to help you but it look like this is a waist of time to make use of there service
