Airtime bundles etc

ICASA's new regulations promuse to eliminate wasted data and surprise users charges,giving South African mobile user's greater control over their airtime and ensuring fairer mobile service ? And what has changed since then,nothing. In my case MTN still takes all my data that is left after 7 days forcing to buy again so that they can make more money from their less fortunate users who cannot afford contracts. Comeon Mr Solly Malatsi do the work you are being paid to do and investigate why mobile cellphone companies are getting away with what they are doing?
