A helpful mediator in Telkom billing query

<p>I would like to say a special thanks to Clarence Catin at ICASA for his assistance in finally getting Telkom to communicate efficiently with me and resolve my billing query. I have not rated a full 5 stars because unfortunately the 2 people I dealt with before him were not able to assist me much, although I can probably understand that they did what they could at their level. Mrs Chiloane also tried very hard to assist me where she could. </p>
