Service not 24/7 365 false advertising on web page

The service states on their web page 24/7 365. I requested a counselor to work on a Saturday this I requested last week. I get today a call from two ladies after stating I can only see on Saturday the answers is we don’t get paid enough to work on a Saturday then why have on your website 24/7 365 if you don’t pay your staff enough as it’s then not as advertised on ICAS counseling
