Re booking TCP-953563. Car collected from King Shaka by Icare on Tuesday 9 October and returned on Saturday 13 October. During the 5 days, my vehicle's tracker shows that it was used no less than 12 times (a few times each day!) - racking up over 100kms of travel. Their website states that the car will be collected, driven to a secure parking area, and then returned. No mention of private use during the period. - The vehicle was returned unwashed, unvacuumed (although their website states this is a free service) and smelling of cigarette smoke . I have relayed this information to Kyle (manager) who said (on 18th October at 10:25am) that he would get the owner of Icare to contact me (which has not yet happened).
