Exceptional Service from iCar Gezina

I had the absolute pleasure to deal with Sales Consultant, Brian Mokoena, from iCar Gezina. He assisted me with the aquisition of a fabulous secondhand VW. From the first interaction with the staff through the viewing and buying of the vehicle I was impressed by friendly staff and this mans energy, willingness to assist and overall sales ethics. The entire process was dealt with proffesionalism from Brian and the experiance was phenomenal. From the initial sale to after sales service he was always available to answer any questions and to assist. Buying a second hand car there is always a possibility of some issues. There were a number of issues on the vehicle and I requested it to be addressed and he ensured that all of them were resolved speedily. He kept me informed through out and making sure the vehicle was in perfect condition for delivery. Needles to say I recommend iCar Gezina and would highly recommend dealing with Brian if you are in the maket for some new wheels.
