Above and Beyond!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Shadrack Bokwa from Icars in Gezina, and I am truly grateful for the exceptional service I received. I met Mr. Bokwa during a trip, and during our conversation he mentioned that he worked at a dealership and encouraged me to come in to see if I qualified for a vehicle. What followed was a long journey of back-and-forth with the bank, submitting supporting documents, and navigating the approval process. Throughout it all, Mr. Shadrack showed remarkable patience, professionalism, and dedication. He kept me updated at every step and never gave up, even when things became challenging. Today, I’m proud to say that I am driving my own vehicle, and it would not have been possible without his commitment and support.
