I am yet to get my email responded from Neville Wood. After his dealership sold me a lemon

I am yet to receive a call or reply to my email from Nevile Wood. after his dealership sold me a lemon Nissan Navara last year in September, from than the same car has been with Nissan in total of 3 months. This is the first car in my entire life that goes to the dealership for all reasons but not just a normal service,,, a complete lemon, I shall keep on waiting for him.
