I have supported Zach and his business for years. The last few years I think this company led by Zach have lost the ability to look after their clients. They have become ******ionately expensive, more and more line items appears on their quotes for repairs. When one queries the costs, Zach seems to attack his clients rather than listening to his clients issues. The after sales support is sub standard and the consumer is taken for granted as they hold the FUJIKURA agency. We will drastically ensure we spend minimal with this greedy , self centered operation moving forward.
