Transportation of vehicle

We got in contact with IC-express to transport our vehicle for Gorden's Bay to Pretoria. I cost us nearly R6000. After a lot af emails and nearly a month our car arrived. The only thing that was wrong with the car was the gearbox. No other damages.With the arrival of our car in Pretoria, the garage phoned us immediately to come have a look at the car. The exhaust was snaped in two, the number plates were of and ther was a dent in the front of the car. So we immediately contacted them asking what was going on. They had loads of excuses and were on about checklist. But the the checklist did not indicate any of these damages. Now they refuse the pay for it and a apology is all we got.
