Disgusting service and shocking conduct

My daughter bough a Datsun Go from the Rhodesfield branch in 2021.

Her car battery ran flat, and her radio stopped working, requesting the radio code. This radio code was never given to her when she purchased the car.

For 5 days she has been calling them to get the radio code. First Thabiso who she bought the car from. He asked her for the VIN number, which she sent him. The next day she sent him another message, again. He phoned her and told her he is no longer working there, and to call Judy. She called Judy, but reception said she was not available and she put me through to the Service Department. Nobody answered, and reception said she would get somebody to call me back. Nobody called.

My daughter called again, and reception told her that nobody was available in the Service Department. I waited for a call, but in the afternoon I called again, and a woman told me it would cost me R650. She told her that the Sales Person was supposed to give the code to her when she bought the car, and that charging her fir it now, was ludicrous. She asked her to follow up and get back to her. Nothing.

Thus morning my daughter called again. Reception said that she was going to put her through to Service Exchange. The line 'went dead'. My daughter called again. She put my daughter through to service exchange again. No answer. The reception then searched for my daughter's car's VIN number on the system, and she said her VIN number is not on their system. The reception then said she will get somebody to call her back around 9 o'clock.

10 o'clock my daughter called again and reception put her through to Judy. Judy did not answer. She once again said somebody will call my daughter back. Nobody did.

My husband then called and soke to Georgia and Candice, explaining the whole story again. The phone was put down in his ear twice (or 'disconnected'), despite the fact that he was speaking to them calmly. The third time he called back, reception asked his number, saying that somebody would call him back (was this the 10th time, and nobody ever do)? Before he could give his phone number, the call was ended AGAIN!

Do NOT make use of this company! They will ask you to pay for a radio code that was never given to you, tell you that they cannot find a car they sold to you, nobody returns calls, nobody answers their phones, they put the phone down in your ear, they never call back, and nobody knows what is going on.
