*********** staff at IIBV telling blatant untruths
Had 2 unpleasant issues- phoned the branch in gateway- asked if they have a silver ounce coin to buy and where are they. They said they have the coin. When I arrived told all stock moved to park square. Such incompetence. Then got invite to champaign evening on 2 Sept- asked if my foster son and his partner could came Mekhail said no problem and would confirm and get back to me. He NEVER got back. Unreal how such staff get paid for such blatant incompetence.

IBV VAULTS. DONT BUY KRUGER COINS FROM THEM.
ibv quick to take your money and then made to feel like a ******** when buying kruger coins. canceled the transaction and demanded a refund. ibv agreed to do refund less courier costs on 6th feb. proof of banking details provided. after numerous messages confirming refund will be done i am still waiting for the refund!!!! ********** service
