Complain about leaking 3flats since 2018

IBuIld Building they don't want to fix my 3 flats .I fix 2 with my own money but it was their people faults.The 3rd flat is flooding right now from March til Septmber 2018 did have tenants but I never stop paying them.All I need lost of income and fix my flats and the money I spend to fix the other 2
