I’m satisfied with the customer service, I’ve received at IBTC.
I booked as external candidate for the ACCA exams(App**** Knowledge) with IBTC in December 2021. But due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to reschedule my exams three times for January 2022.
Priscilla from the Sandton IBTC branch, corroborate with me to made sure that I had all the dates I wanted all three times! She was kind, friendly, swift, professional, and efficient.
I also recently went to write my exam last week. Priscilla made sure that she checks me in on time, satisficed the station; I was going take my exam, and ensured that my computer operates effectively.
Thank you IBTC for making the process so easy.
