IBTC will waste your time and money

For those of you that want to acquire a CGMA designation and need help, don’t use IBTC.

If you simply want online courses and videos , IBTC is not the service provider to use. They simply resell BPP online products at a markup. You are better off just buying these products straight from BPP. As a struggling student, you will save and have more money in your own pocket.

Then there is the lack of accountability and ownership. When I purchased my online bundle, they were happy to take my money, gave me a call to discuss the product that I purchased, but at the time I could not answer the call, sent me a mail, so I gave them a call back, the operator was not available, so I left a message, and then never received any call back, nor did I receive any follow up mails and other attempts to reach me again. Months later when it was crunch time, I queried why I never received support, IBTC brushed this off and said I failed to answer the call and respond to a mail and it’s my fault, no accountability or apologies, and no f!*ks given. As a service provider that pays for your services this is simply unacceptable.
