I've recently registered at IBTC for a 6 week course to the value of R5 500.00 which consists of online classes and tutor access (never received the contact details of a tutor). In addition, to this do they have the pretext of "pass assured" which basically means that you need to follow a program to the letter and should you fail you can then continue to utilise the package until you pass.

Now to me that was a key selling point because I've been struggling with my studies and thought I'd give this a try. However, once my money was received it all went down hill from there.

1. They could not manage to finalize the registration in the prescribed time of as per their website which is 48 hours. To make matters worse, I've made my payment and supp**** my details on the 18/04/2019 and they only managed to get the registration done on the 05/05/2019.

2. The honours level exam sitting was in the first week of June 2019. This entails that 33.33% of my paid for service days was wasted.

3. The 13 step program has due dates and minimum percentage levels in order to qualify for the "pass assured" guarantee. (Please keep in mind that I only received my access on the 05/05/2019) The first assignment was due on the 6th with a minimum pass rate of 70%. The final one was close to the mid of June 2019 if memory serves me correct.

4. I've then requested that I would like special consideration seeing that my registration was delayed by more than two weeks and I could not utilise the service to the extent of what I paid for.

5. IBTC rep**** claiming that they believe I had more than enough time to fulfill the 13 steps requirements even though the registration was delayed by more than two weeks.

To summarize: The registration process was atrocious. The "online classes" are recordings of years ago. The "tutor access", I never received any contact details of a tutor. (if the tutor exist) I would not recommend this service to any person as I fear that they will be ********** like me.
