DISAPPOINTED AT IBTC
My experience with IBTC was horrible, I was treated unfairly and when I suggested a way to fix the error of their unfair treatment as well as their *********** consultants the lady I was on the phone with told me "it's not our fault" They have ****** me of over R5000 rand of my money. And I would not recommend using them as a tuition provider anymore. They are ruining the reputation that CIMA has in south Africa and I think that CIMA should relook them as a provider.
The IBTC in sandton has consultants that make you pay for things that you are not supposed to pay for, and when asked for a refund or alternative, they claim "we always advise" anyway I was not not advised, and they do not want to refund me of my money.
DO NOT GO TO IBTC FOR STUDIES. LOOK FOR ANOTHER SCHOOL. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!
